People have been asking me for years to provide a recorded class for home use. Well, here it is! It's hard to get started at home without some help. I've designed this online course for those of you who would like to practice at home with my instruction.

This is a great way to start a home practice! Each month you will receive a clear, easy-to-follow one-hour audio yoga class. Led by me, each class will include expert, descriptive instruction on a wide variety of asana.
